REFUNDS & RETURNS
The below section includes information on how to return or exchange an item, our return policy involving cancellations, exchanges, faulty items, as well as in-store credit.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:
Please read the Returns Policy below before proceeding with the following steps.
1) Contact the following email: contact@meeraadnan.com within a 14 day timeframe based on receipt of the goods.
A) Please use the subject line “Return Request” and make sure to include your order number and the reason behind the return, if necessary please provide photos.
B) Kindly specify if you are looking for an exchange, refund or would like in-store credit.
C) If you wish to exchange your product, please also state details regarding the change in size or indicate which product you would like as the substitute.
2) After reviewing your request, MEERA ADNAN will send you an invoice before you ship. Except where the item is faulty, please note that you will be responsible to arrange the shipment and handle the shipping costs of a return or exchange.
RETURNS POLICY:
We hope you are delighted with every order you purchase from MEERA ADNAN If by chance you are unsatisfied with your order, a return can be made within 14 days of delivery for a refund, in store credit or an exchange.
All returns should be informed by email to, contact@meeraadnan.com, before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification, prompt processing and to provide an invoice. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are considered final sales, these include products that are bespoke and items bought on sale. Please take care when trying on items, as all items must be returned in new and unused condition with all labels and tags still attached. Please note that items that are damaged or in used condition that do not pass in-house quality control will be refused and sent back to the customer.
As a small company, we do not currently offer free returns internationally. For all international returns, except where the item is faulty, the customer will be required to arrange, pay and show the airway bill for the returning shipment. It is better for both parties involved to have a tracked shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information. For returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit, MEERA ADNAN does not accept liability for returned goods.
Refunds will only be re-credited to the original mode of payment within approximately 14 days after processing a valid return. Please note the estimate varies, from our side refund requests will be transferred at the end of the same day to the issuing bank of the client’s card, however it is then up to the issuing bank on how long they return the funds to their customer. Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and will not be reimbursed within the refund or in-store credit. Please also be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable.
Any refunds, in-store credit or exchanges will only be processed once the goods have arrived and passed the quality assurance requirements. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until the item is received.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanging an item is subject to availability, and follows the same procedures as a return, listed above, within 14 days of delivery receipt. Please note replacements may be delayed depending on stock. Exchanged items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received, reviewed and passed a quality control check. Please note the shipping fees to return an item will be incurred by the customer. Another invoice will be issued for shipping the new item and any discrepancy in the cost of an exchange, should a different product be selected.
CANCELLATION:
Customers will be notified by email when a shipment has been sent out. Transactions can only be cancelled by the customer via email up until the item(s) are dispatched to the courier. Any item requested to be cancelled thereafter will have to be processed as a return with refund to the original payment method.
FAULTY ITEMS:
In the off chance that your item is faulty when you receive it, please notify contact@meeraadnan.com as soon as your order is received to ensure it is within the policy’s designated timeframe. If you inform MEERA ADNAN after the 14 day period, we will assess the damages and rectify on a case by case basis. Please note that an item is only faulty if received damaged, items that incur damages by way of wear and tear will not be deemed faulty. In the case the goods received are deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer to repair or replace the item. If the item is unable to be repaired or stock is unavailable, you will receive a refund or in-store credit.
IN-STORE CREDIT:
For items that have been deemed a valid return, in store credit is a great option for a refund that allows you to purchase another item without hassle. After specifying in-store credit in your email, you will receive a digital gift card for the value of your return, valid for six months from the date of issue. Please note that shipping charges are not included in the refunded amount.
