ORDERS
You agree that your order is a form of acceptance to purchase the product(s) listed, and all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and therefore may be purchased by other customers. If we are unable to fulfill your order, based on our discretion, we will inform you.
Upon order, an acknowledgment email will be sent which will then be followed with an email which acts as a formal acceptance of your order and you will be charged as the product is ready for dispatch. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you will not be charged. Please note that any purchase from the website is for personal and private use and it is not permitted to use the goods for any commercial or business purposes without express permission from Meera Adnan. We ship from Turkey and shipments will be provided by TNT.
The prices of our products are set and shown on the website in USD and are exclusive of VAT, these prices are not inclusive of delivery charges. The USD price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of obvious error. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Your card issuer or payment method provider may therefore apply other international bank charges. We have no control and cannot predict the amount of these charges.
The prices and availability of our products are subject to change without notice, and we will not be liable to you or any third parties for any modifications or discontinuation to the service. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These terms and conditions do not limit your rights as a consumer.
Although we have made every effort to display our products accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. We have also tried to ensure that sizes and measurements are accurate, however fit and size may vary on individual products.
RETURNS POLICY
While we hope you are happy with your items, if you are unsatisfied with your order a return must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the items for a refund, in store credit or exchange. Please take care when trying items as all items must be returned in new and unused condition with all labels and tags still attached. Please note that items that are damaged or in used condition will be refused a refund or exchange and/or sent back to the customer. All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Any returns or exchanges will only be processed once the goods have been returned to us. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged, in the case that this happens we will offer to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or is unavailable, you will be offered a refund.
